Our setup
The parts of the notebook your team decides for itself: the kinds of page you write, the layouts you save, the words you use for your own parts, and when a season ends. Kept on this device, and carried in an export file.
How our pages print
A few looks to pick from, so nobody spends an evening inventing one. A style changes the type, the margins, how far apart the writing lines are and the color of the rules. It is applied when a page prints and changes nothing that is written on it, so you can switch as often as you like.
Save a page from any tool and it will show here in the style you pick.
Our own page types
Page kinds the site doesn’t have, like a scouting report or a driver practice log. You give it a name and a color and tick the parts you want to write. The parts are the site’s own, so every check still works. Your types stay on this device and travel in an export file.
Our own layouts
Layouts are saved in the page editor, under “Our own layouts”. Each one remembers how a page is set up: its type, its system, which parts print and which of your tables it uses. Never anything written on it.
Our own words
Names your team gives to parts and ideas, like “the flipper”, and what you mean by them. You write every meaning. The site sorts them and prints them at the back of the whole notebook.
Seasons
At the end of a season, close it. The notebook is saved to an archive file, then its pages move to the shelf below: still here to read, but no longer edited, counted in the review, or numbered with the new season's pages.
